FreeOnline Webinar: Twitter for Journalists: Twitter and the 2022 Federal Election
The countdown to the Australian Federal Election (and to your next #DemocracySausage) is on. As Aussies prepare to go to the polls, they are taking to Twitter to discuss the political issues, topics, and candidates that matter to them most. Twitter’s mission is to serve the public conversation, and global events over the last two years have further reinforced the need to foster a robust, diverse media landscape while ensuring that journalists feel that they can report the news freely and safely.
Join Twitter’s team for a hands-on session to learn everything you need to know to follow #AusVotes2022 on Twitter, including election audience insights, our work to protect the public conversation, innovative applications of Twitter product features and more. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of the newest tools that can help you source, create and break the best stories, as well as the latest evolution of Twitter’s safety products and policies.
